Modern appearance in the neighborhood
In the first photo, BEST Techs Contracting remodeled this home from the entrance to the master bedroom, with a modern/craftsman-style appearance. BEST Techs Contracting redesigned the entrance to create a focal point to the front of the house, stacked stone columns with crisp white windows and trim and the darker blue hue on the siding, along with a simple natural stained wood door in the craftsman style make this home a standout in the neighborhood.
The photo to the left shows the great room, with the shiplap wood ceiling and all-white paint and furnishings make this room open and clean, we think this is a beautiful remodel inside and out.
Simple and luxury design
The last image is of the master bedroom. These homeowners wanted a little luxury with the padded headboard and gold accents like the lamp. This room was kept simple in the remodel, yet the updates are throughout the home, with items that are unseen but a must-have when you remodel. Some items to consider; insulation (the proper amount and installed correctly), better-designed windows (installed correctly); we use thicker drywall board and interior insulation levels (this helps to reduce noise and creates better airtightness), properly designed HVAC systems (each home is different and needs a designed system for heating and cooling), Air Sealing techniques (we air seal every remodel project) HRV (Heat Recovery Ventilator) this will deliver constant fresh air to the home, no more stuffy rooms and lingering odors from last night’s dinner.
